How does the online order get processed?
Your order is sent electronically to our Canteen. Once your order has been placed it cannot be changed or deleted. The Canteen team will check your order and prepare the sandwich close to the pick-up time you have nominated. We will do our best to execute your order on-time however please allow a small variance to cope with the unknown customer foot traffic that may impact orders placed in-store.
Will my order be made fresh?
YES, when you place your order online the sale is transferred to our Canteen and will be prepared close to the time frame indicated.
How do I collect my order in-store collect?
To collect your order please bring your order number or confirmation e-mail with you. Visit the salad bar and our team will process the collection. When you arrive you can add drinks, hot snacks or anything else that you wish to accompany your sandwich transaction.
What if the order I collected was in correct?
The Canteen supervisor will quickly fix any issues on site and report the problem to our HQ. You will need to pay any additional costs for items not represented correctly on your online receipt and equally if you are owed a refund for additional incorrect charges the supervisor will fix this for you.
Can I save a re-occurring order?
YES, Log into your ‘My Account’ and you can re-order the last order processed by following the simple steps. You can also add items to your ‘Favourites’ and then when you are ready add them to cart.
How much notice do I need to give when I order?
You must give us a minimum of 2 HOURS NOTICE, so we have time to transfer the data to your pick-up store and prepare you meal.
Can I choose the pick up time?
Yes you can choose from the time slots provided. Please click the menu tab ‘How it works’ and look for the page ‘Choose pick up time slot’
If a time slot is lock then this means you cannot order for that time because the cut-off period has passed or it has been very popular and no more orders can be accepted online for that time. Remember you are always welcome to visit us in-store to place your order.
